Frequently asked questions.
How do I book my date?
Once you’ve chosen a package — or we’ve built a custom proposal together — a signed contract and 50% retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
How far in advance do I need to book?
As early as possible — popular weekends fill quickly. For full-package events, we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Bookings inside that window require full payment at booking (rather than our standard 50% retainer), plus an Express Fee — the amount depends on your event’s size, customization, and timeline, and we’ll include it as part of your quote.
What’s your service area?
We’re based in San Diego County and happily travel to neighboring counties for an additional travel fee.
What’s included in a package vs. an à la carte add-on?
Each package — Signature, Elevated, Full Service — includes a defined set of design and styling elements, listed on its own page. Anything beyond that, like extra rentals, catering, additional florals, or bartending, is available à la carte or built into a custom proposal.
Are tables, chairs, linens, or umbrellas included?
Tables, chairs, and umbrellas aren’t included in our packages, but they’re one of our most popular add-ons. Linens are included starting with the Elevated Gathering. You can add them from our à la carte menu, or just tell us what you need and we’ll include it in your quote.
Can I customize a package?
Packages are designed as a complete, cohesive starting point, but small additions are always welcome — browse our à la carte menu or ask us about a fully custom proposal.
